1. QU'EST-CE QU'UN COOKIE ?
1.1 Définition
Un cookie est un fichier texte susceptible d’être enregistré dans un espace dédié du disque dur de votre terminal (notamment l’équipement matériel (ordinateur, tablette, smartphone, etc.…) que vous utilisez pour consulter ou voir s’afficher un site, une application, un contenu publicitaire) à l’occasion de la consultation d’un service en ligne grâce à votre logiciel de navigation.
Un fichier cookie permet à son émetteur d’identifier le terminal dans lequel il est enregistré, pendant la durée de validité ou d’enregistrement dudit cookie. 1.2 Régime légal
L’art 32 de la loi informatique et liberté suite à la transposition du premier paquet Telecom par la loi n° 2004-669 du 9 juillet 2004 relative aux communications électroniques et aux services de communication audiovisuelle exige que chaque utilisateur soit informé d’une façon claire et complète sur la finalité de chaque type de cookies et les moyens dont il dispose pour s’opposer à leurs installations.
2. QUELS COOKIES UTILISONS-NOUS ?
