- Multiple cooking levels: 3 or 4 independent, adjustable, and removable cooking levels. Direct, vertical, or skewer cooking... Master all wood-fired cooking techniques thanks to a refractory brick base that optimizes heat.
- Removable side bars: in addition to the cooking grids, we offer steel bars the length of your Robata, allowing you to install skewers or accessories.
- What is the cooking temperature of the Robata? The cooking temperature is 250°C and the heating time is approximately 20 minutes.
- What is the size of a Robata Grill? Most Robatas measure between 40 and 140 meters long and 15 to 25 cm deep on 3 or 4 levels.
