The Robatayaki grill or ”Robata" comes from Japanese cuisine, it is an open grill, with different levels, and fueled with charcoal. "Robatayaki" refers to dishes prepared in front of customers, in which the ingredients, usually placed on skewers, are slowly cooked over charcoal coals, like a barbecue.
The robatayaki grill is a perfect kitchen solution for cooking in front of your guests or customers, but it can also be installed in the kitchen of your restaurant. The design of the grill allows to concentrate the temperature for a more efficient cooking, its depth is ideal to distribute the heat generating an important saving of coal or wood.
The robata grill has an adjustable air intake system to facilitate ignition and control the combustion of the charcoal during use. You can give flavor to your products during cooking, thanks to the use of different woods and coals.
The size of the Robatayaki grill allows you to have one or several independent cooking zones, you can place it on a piece of furniture in your kitchen, against a wall or on a central piece of furniture, to cook on both sides.
